The Domaine Cataraqui remains one of the unrecognized gem in the Sillery district in Québec City. Its history, from its construction around 1830 to today, makes it a unique construction in the city due to the many architectural modifications the building has undergone throughout the years. Nowadays, the Domaine Cataraqui hosts several public and private events and has become a hotelier garden. Besides, you can visit the garden everyday from 6 am to 11 pm. A free parking is available on site, and the bus’s circuit number 25 stops near the Domaine.

Musee national des beaux-arts du Quebec

Located near the Hotel Le Concorde Quebec, on the Battlefields Park, the Musee national des beaux-arts du Quebec is devoted to promote Quebec art of all periods. Permanent exhibitions will allow you to see the work of painters such as Riopelle, Lemieux, Dallaire, Borduas, Pellan, Leduc et Ferron. Temporary exhibitions are also well worth a look.

Citadelle of Québec

The Citadelle of Québec is a unique historical site in Quebec City and it’s the largest British fortress in North America.

Built on Cap Diamant, the Citadelle of Québec is a part of the Old Quebec’s fortifications and offers a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River. The Citadelle is the Royal 22e Régiment's headquarter, home of the Canada’s oldest military building and the residence of the Governor General of Canada.
